Bartle Hall Wedding
Jade & Liam
Bartle Hall in Lancashire provided the perfect backdrop for Jade and Liam’s wedding day. Set in 16 acres of landscaped gardens and private woodland, the venue blends the charm of an 18th-century country house with the character of a rustic coaching barn.
The morning began in Thicket Lodge, tucked away in Bartle Hall’s serene woodland. Jade got ready alongside her family, with the lodge’s tranquil setting offering a calm start to the day. The space buzzed with energy, thanks to the laughter of their young son, who was bouncing about and keeping everyone entertained. Moments like these are always a joy to capture – they’re what make family weddings so special.
The ceremony took place in Bartle Hall’s elegant setting, followed by time to explore the venue’s gardens. Jade and Liam wanted to take some portraits together in the grounds, so we wandered through the pathways and greenery, stopping for relaxed shots as we went. Bartle Hall’s gardens are such a versatile space, with plenty of spots to make the most of, and the couple made this time their own.
As the evening approached, guests moved into the rustic charm of the Coaching Barn, ready to celebrate. With the mix of spaces at Bartle Hall, it’s easy for every part of the day to feel unique yet connected.
Jade and Liam’s wedding was a day full of family, fun, and laughter – with moments that were about being present and enjoying each other. Bartle Hall’s combination of beautiful gardens, a historic country house, and a cozy barn made it a venue that suited their style perfectly.
