Liz and Chris got married at Shrigley Hall, a stunning venue in the Cheshire countryside. Their wedding was all about keeping things relaxed, welcoming, and fun—a real family celebration.

The day started with plenty of laughs as everyone got ready. Shrigley Hall’s bright, spacious rooms set the perfect tone for the morning. The ceremony itself was filled with smiles. It was clear from the start that this wasn’t a stuffy, formal occasion—it was a wedding where everyone could just enjoy themselves.

Afterwards, the guests spilled out into the courtyard, soaking up the atmosphere while I captured candid shots of everyone chatting, joking, and catching up. Shrigley Hall’s grounds are a great space for that natural, in-the-moment photography that I love.

Later, we headed up to the Bazaar Spa for some sunset portraits. From there, you can see all the way to Manchester on a clear day, which gave the photos a unique feel. Liz and Chris were up for anything, and we kept the session quick and easy so they could get back to their guests.

The speeches brought plenty of laughs, and the evening vibe was all about good food, great company, and a relaxed party atmosphere. Liz and Chris had planned their day in a way that let everyone feel part of the fun, and it really showed.
