Manchester Monastery Wedding

Abi & Zoe

Abi and Zoe celebrated their wedding at the unique Manchester Monastery, a venue that’s as striking as it is full of character. This Grade II* listed building, with its impressive neo-gothic architecture, provided the perfect setting for a relaxed and memorable day.

The arched corridors were a highlight for their couples' portraits. Abi and Zoe wanted something natural and understated, so we made the most of these iconic walkways, capturing them chatting, laughing, and simply enjoying the moment. It was a great way to step away from the busy celebrations for a little while.

The Great Nave hosted the ceremony and reception, and its vast space gave the day a real sense of occasion without feeling formal or stuffy. The atmosphere was upbeat, and the venue’s layout worked perfectly for their friends and family to gather and celebrate together.

Manchester Monastery’s reputation for being welcoming and inclusive added something extra to Abi and Zoe’s day. They wanted a venue that reflected their values, and this historic building with its modern outlook was a great fit.

If you’re planning a wedding at Manchester Monastery or looking for a photographer who loves capturing the real moments, I’d love to hear about your plans. Let’s chat!
